Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage
- Research and data collection skills
- Sales funnel management < /li>
- Understanding the principles of CRM systems
- Ability to research the market and skills of competitive intelligence
- Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in the IT sphere
- Possession tools for automating work with clients
- Readiness for training and self-development

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and searching for potential customers
- Contact contact with potential customers and presentation of the company's products/services
- Initial qualification of leads and determination of their priority, which includes the following actions: identifying needs and learning information about the company; inform about further work processes so that the client understands what awaits him in cooperation with us; conduct a preliminary consultation; listen carefully to the client.
- Pre-select leads ready for cooperation with the help of ICP from all incoming channels.
- Collecting necessary information about leads and entering data into CRM.
- Preparation of progress reports.
- Quality transfer of leads to close deals.
