At Revenue Puzzles, we help companies with forming cloud sales teams. Currently, we are starting a cooperation with a software agency in Poland that wants to build its first sales motion. We are looking for a person who will join a 5-person team with a sales leader. The position is fully flexible and remote. We can also help develop a person who has a knack for selling but never had the chance to develop the skills further. We will require a couple of online meetings per week and appx. 15 hour

Check our website Our benefits: Elastic working hours and flexible work conditions Work from home/café etc Work at your own pace Coaching and mentoring from seasoned managers Responsibilities: Identifying potential clients using relevant databases and tools Outreaching clients via email, LinkedIn, and in some part - cold calls Scheduling meetings with qualified leads Reporting and updating CRM regularly Requirements: 10-20h working time/week - depending on experience and project stage Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent experience from other areas of life Fluency in English - both spoken and written (C1+) A good knowledge of digital tools, CRMs, automation, etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of responsibility for assigned tasks Builder mindset - you are eager to get things off the ground and help them grow Nice to haves: Experience with modern sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Woodpecker) Experience in SaaS and/or agency sales Experience in cold calling Experience in operations, data, CRMs like Hubspot etc. Recruitment process: Quick phone call (~30 mins) Small task (up to 1h) Longer online call with feedback on the task (up to 1h) Decision and offer
