Scrum Master(Poland) in Evrius

Evrius has been a leader in advertising traffic for over 10 years. We have built 3 ad networks and know everything about how to earn traffic. 

In order to provide an unlimited flow of conversions to internal TOP advertisers, we are creating a powerful network with unique products and a team of professionals. br/>Tasks for the position:

• Work as a Scrum Master in several development teams with an optimal Scrum process
< li>Constantly interact with CPO and product managers to transform roadmap goals into production plan
• Administration of several boards of different teams and backlog in task tracker (Atlassian Jira, Confluence), preparation of information dashboards, reports as on a periodic basis , as well as upon request
• Systematization and documentation of all stages of the production process and their optimization (Confluence)
• Ensure full transparency of team work, plan and forecast results, continuously work on the quality of planning and management production process (deadlines, time buffer management, release planning)
• Formation of technical requirements both at the User Story level and in the form of TK
• Daily coordinate the execution of the production plan in several teams with the application practices relevant to the Scrum process

Expected experience:

• Work experience of 5 years in cross- functional teams as Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Scrum Master
• Experience working in a mobile application development team for iOS (Android experience is welcome)

• Sure knowledge of Atlassian Jira , Confluence, the ability to create summary reporting charts and dashboards
