Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Kyiv, remotely

IT SmartFlex is a Ukrainian product company that started its activities in 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software.

Our goal is to develop and deepen our own IT expertise. We create the latest design solutions for the telecom industry and develop high-quality products for millions of mobile users.

Required Skills:

· 3+ years of Scrum Master, Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager experience using Agile and/or Lean approaches to software development support (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);

· Experience in managing teams of 7+ people;

· Experience working with software development teams, adjusting processes to achieve optimal performance;

· Experience in mastering facilitation techniques;

· Excellent communication, time management and work organization skills;

· Good decision-making, team-building and motivational skills, understanding of leadership and the ability to lead by example;

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

· Good system vision and change management skills;

· To be proactive and an active member of the team and organization.

Functional responsibilities:

Organization of the service delivery process:

• System design of team services IT support, internal development platforms and DevOps;

• Visualization and analysis of work flows;

• Organization and facilitation of team and organizational events;

• Proactive detection and elimination of obstacles in the process of providing services;

• Ensuring agreed policies are in place and teams adhere to them;

• Supporting team processes and ensuring their effectiveness.

Measuring the effectiveness of service delivery:

• Measuring the effectiveness of teams;

• Implementation of feedback from service users to improve and improve services;

• Tracking service, process and team metrics.

Teamwork facilitation:

• Implementation and improvement of team interaction processes;

• Helping teams in solving customer service problems;

• Establishing partnership relations and interaction with other units of the organization;

• Helping teams reach consensus on decisions and resolve conflicts.

Increasing organizational maturity:

• Coaching of teams on the principles of self-organization and cross-functionality;

• Coaching and training of teams and organizations on Agile/Lean approaches, product thinking, engineering and ITSM practices;

• Encouraging team members to cooperate, engage and take responsibility for work results;

• Development and support of feedback culture;

• Developing and maintaining a culture of continuous learning and improvement at the team and organizational level.
