We are looking for a Scrum master KEY DUTIES: Helps teams implement Agile work methods using coaching, consulting and mentoring tools; Organizes, facilitates and trains team members to conduct team meetings; Helps maintain focus on team goals throughout iterations; Trains the team to be self-organized and responsible for creating customer value; Leads and helps improve the process teams of the Squad's metrics; Helps the team eliminate obstacles on the way to achieving the set goals; Eliminates imperfections in the bank's processes that slow down the process of implementing changes (including in the IT development process); Takes an active part in the life of the Agile community in the Bank in order to spread and popularize best practices; Conducts an assessment of the current state, culture and ways of working of teams to identify pain points and improvements; Helps the Product Owner to decompose and prioritize the Product Backlog; Helps use or, if necessary, teaches the best practices for describing Features and User stories; Upon request, facilitates meetings of the Product Owner with stakeholders or representatives of other teams; Participates in the organization and implementation of the bank's quarterly planning process; Participates in regular meetings of Scrum masters (Scrum of Scrums) ) to eliminate inter-team dependencies; Analyzes and contributes to the improvement of the overall flow of value delivery to customers at the level of the Tribe and the entire bank; Promotes and teaches Agile Values ​​and Principles at all levels of the organization. BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Higher economic, engineering, management education; Scrum master certifications (CSM/PSM1) Practical experience of developing 2-3 teams at once. Experience with different domains and markets is an advantage. English - upper-intermediate, French - will be a plus.
