Main responsibilities:

• Implementing Agile processes
• Helping teams to use Agile approaches correctly: Managing team transparency and the correctness of team work (checking team artifacts and processes: product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint increment, DoD criteria for requirements, compliance with team rules)
• Training, training, setting, organization in the process of implementation and use of Agile approaches < /li>
• Managing the progress and success of the team in the development and maintenance of the developed products (monitoring of progress, design, collection and analysis of indicators of success and effectiveness of the team)
• Working with teams of different degrees of maturity, building processes from scratch
• Checking team status and assessing team agility Facilitating team maturity according to the maturity matrix
• Organizing and conducting team meetings in one or more development teams (facilitating daily meetings, regular planning meetings, sprint review and retrospective meetings, Backlog refinement meetings and other team activities)
• Conducting and reporting to stakeholders on team performance.
• Support, train and assist Product Owners in optimizing the Backlog management process (prioritization, PBR, etc.) and maximizing value
• In relation to the team:
• Training development teams to be self-organized and multi-functional;
• Helping the development team create high-value products
• Helping the team eliminate and anticipate obstacles
• Supporting each team member and helping them reach their full potential

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of IT experience
• Hands-on experience with approaches such as Lean startup, Agile development
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams from 2 years and working with teams of different levels of maturity
• Experience of building processes from scratch
• Confident use of tools for collaboration Redmine, Confluence
• Having experience working with TK (projects) of the Hard level (complexity and volume of work)
• Identifying project risks
• Understanding the interaction of of connected complexes
• Skills of building project diagrams
• Knowledge of SQL basics
