About the job: ProofLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This remote position involves guiding and coaching agile teams in the finance domain, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor agile teams to ensure adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog and priorities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and innovate.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Your Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of leading agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Scrum practices, principles, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in the finance domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing tasks and priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in German is an advantage.
