What is important for the company: Experience with Scrum for 3 years or more; Experience with IT project management tools; Understanding that how to lead a team through the stages of its development; Ability to delegate, make decisions and take responsibility; Good organizational skills; Excellent communication skills. What you will need to do in this position: Control work scrum processes and take part in their organization; Act as a facilitator under discussion time — to ensure successful group communication during meetings; Participate in daily scrum meetings to monitor the work process, identify and eliminate difficulties; Task planning at the beginning of the sprint — assessment of workload of each participant; at the end of each sprint, collecting feedback from the team; Managing the backlog in the planner: changing the statuses of existing tasks, adding new ones according to the list agreed upon during planning, clarifying the reason for overdue open tasks; Monitoring and analysis of work on the project, reporting; Organization of meetings with those involved in the process; Conducting internal consultations regarding the organization of the work of the scrum team; Helping to overcome various problems affecting productivity.
