Buntar Aerospace is a Ukrainian defense tech startup that develops long-range reconnaissance products: the Buntar One UAV and software for planning and conducting reconnaissance missions

We are currently strengthening the team and looking for a Scrum Master !

We are looking for a person who wants to learn and develop together with us. Experience with Scrum is preferred but not required. The main thing is your desire to grow and develop!

Key tasks:

— Supporting the team and Product Owner in organizing work and achieving goals;
— Assistance in planning team meetings and events;
— Promoting self-organization of the team and eliminating obstacles in the work;
—Identifying opportunities to improve team work and implementing appropriate changes;
—Training the team in Agile principles and methods.

Required skills and experience:

— Willingness to learn and develop in the role of Scrum Master;
— Upper Intermediate+ English language level;
— Understanding of Agile Principles/Manifesto, values ​​and Scrum framework;
- Good organizational and communication skills.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with Scrum (but not mandatory);
— Theoretical knowledge of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe);
— Understanding the full SDLC cycle;
—Experience with Agile Management tools (for example, Confluence, VersionOne, Online Whiteboards);
— SAFe Scrum Master or Leading SAFe certification;
—Agile Team Facilitation certification;
— Technical knowledge (development, testing);
- Experience in the field of defense.
