English proficiency at minimum C1 level backlog management, agile ways of working Good knowledge of data modelling (Data domains, Conceptual modelling, logical modelling) and Business Glossary Participate and facilitate discussions on these topics on higher level. Team members carry the deep expertise and detail expertise Good knowledge of data governance, especially distributed / federated governance and Data Mesh principles Need to be able to collaborate with other product-teams on these matters Other product teams have the lead, but need input and collaborative work on these.
