The non-governmental organization "Civil Society Development Forum", a leader in the field of development of practical digital tools for public decision-making, is looking for a company and/or specialist in data analysis and development of a digital module-application for Google sheets (Apps Script ).Basic skills and work experience Work experience in the field of data analytics, programming of mathematical forecasting models and Google Apps Script & Perl programming: at least 2 years.Total term of work (final product): 4 months, April - July 2024 Requirements for candidate(s) 1. The key task: to create Google Apps Script, as an application of the existing Google Sheets, which makes a forecast based on data from current and external tables. Format of work and payment: work under a contract, contractual, remote, with monthly payment. Employment conditions We are considering the possibility of attracting applicants (approx.) professional education with experience in the implementation of similar projects. The work involves the conclusion of a short-term contract for the provision of services. The applicant must be registered as an individual entrepreneur (group 3 of taxation with the presence of relevant KVEDIV) or be a full-time employee of a legal entity. Technical task and additional information on the project tasks will be sent to the selected candidates based on the results of the resume review. The candidate must send a price offer (in any form with details) within two days after receiving the technical specifications for the final decision to enter into a contract ), containing the cost of services for the implementation of the entire project. Payment for the services provided will be made monthly. The advantage will be: Professional education or the applicant(s): master's level; experience in using artificial intelligence to analyze and categorize data in tabular forms; availability of at least 3 examples of completed similar projects; examples of work related to variable analysis data and programming of mathematical forecasting models based on data; experience in preparation of reporting, visualization and presentation of data.
