Position functions: Updating the versions of the basic and application software in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including as part of TaskSequence for Windows 10/11 deployment; Preparation and support of software distribution packages through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM); Administration of infrastructure of virtual desktops based on Microsoft Azure (creation of new and administration of existing HostPools, ApplicationGroups, MSIX Packages, StorageAccounts, AutomationAccounts, Workspaces, Access Control, Azure Monitor, VirtualDesktops); Preparation of corporate images of the Windows operating system taking into account internal IS requirements, customer/project needs; Windows 10/11 version management using SCCM tools; Creation of new and administration of existing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) TaskSequence with automated deployment of Windows 10/11. OS deployment troubleshooting via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM); Control of coverage of the entire ARM fleet with the current version of the OS and basic/application software; Creation and provision of reports from SCCM and AD on the operation of the ARM, OS, and software upon request; Participation in technical solution implementation projects and modernization of the IT infrastructure; Communication with the internal customer and representatives of the project teams to detail the requirements during the preparation of technical solutions in the field of IT infrastructure; Expertise of technical solutions for compliance with IS and the needs of the customer/project; Testing of software on the impact on the user environment; Works for the administration of servers in the area of ​​responsibility of the department; Interaction with representatives of manufacturers during localization of problems within the framework of service requests, finding solutions to problems. Professional competences: Experience in a similar position from 2 years; In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM); In-depth knowledge of Windows Experience analysis of network traffic and operating system events; Skills of working in project activities (including TK development, analysis, structuring); Software and hardware testing skills; Cross-functional interaction skills, building communications with internal and external teams; Higher professional (technical ) education.
