Together with our client - a company operating in the fields related to pharmacy and medicine, we are looking for a specialist in the implementation and migration of SAP systems .  The company has its own online pharmaceutical wholesaler, a network of medical centers - over 60 facilities, a telemedicine center, e-commerce systems and educational platforms in the field of health and are constantly growing in strength. 

Offer

• Rate up to PLN 160/h net + VAT, B2B

• you have at least 5 years of work experience with HR systems, of which at least 3 years in the area of ​​system implementations,
• you have certifications related to the implementation of HR systems,
• you know HR business processes and can boast of best practices related to system implementations HR,
• you have experience in working with large data sets and their migrations, including the ability to work with ETL tools,
• you like to analyze and solve technical and business problems,
< li> you have high communication and organizational skills and you like working in a team,
• you are fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• you have worked in the Scrum methodology,

• you are familiar with the tools JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect

[Conducting analysis of business and system requirements for effective implementation and migration HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors will be a strong advantage), Design and implementation of data migration strategies, including planning, testing and optimization of processes, Close cooperation with business and IT teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of implementation, Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation solutions, maintenance and optimizationation of HR systems after implementation, including management of updates and patches, Implementation of integration between various HR systems, learning systems, payroll systems and other business applications. ]
