SAP system administrator in Bayer Ltd. / Bayer, OOO

The #1 employer on the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market - the international company "Bayer" - is looking for a SAP system administrator. Main duties: SAP support (P4S): Performing first-level support for system end users in modules: FI, CO, PP, SD, MM. Creation of system change/adjustment requests using specialized global company tools. (IT service portal, BRT tool, Demand tool). Participation in global projects for adaptation to local requirements and their implementation in the system. Creation of process documentation. Conducting group/individual trainings or as needed. Analysis of current processes in the company and their implementation in the system at the request of users.Organization of first-level support for creating requests in ACCP tool.Organization of first-level support with WPA tool in the field of accounting or information technology. Work with the SAP system for more than 2 years, modules FI, CO. English at a level not lower than Intermediate (reading/writing). Requirements for personal qualities. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Show initiative and work under pressure. Adhere to deadlines. Ability to find a common language with the end user and a satisfactory solution to the request.
