SAP Specialist (MM) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are currently strengthening the team and are looking for a SAP Specialist (MM module) who will provide support to SAP users on the second line, and also take part in the settings, automation, and improvement of the system.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting users of the SAP MM module: consultations, support, prompt resolution incidents;
• Analysis of user requests and participation in the improvement of business processes within the limits of the module;
• Preparation of documentation, recommendations, SAP guides;
• Performance of functional testing of changes, updates and settings in SAP MM;
• Documentation of settings, instructions and procedures;
• Interaction with technical and by business teams to ensure the stable operation of the functionality;
• Interaction with business customers: collection of requirements, design of target processes;
• Participation in transformational initiatives: process reengineering, automation, introduction of intelligent algorithms;
• Design of SAP integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms;
• Performance of regulatory operations according to ITIL standards, IT requirements and internal IT procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of SAP experience
• SAP MM module experience
• Optimization experience processes and participation in transformational projects
• Ability to work with large corporate landscapes
• Experience in working with procurement documents for materials and services, warehouse accounting, financial reporting, knowledge of the basics of accounting for materials and services
