Conducting business process analysis and identifying optimization opportunities through SAP implementation. Planning, organizing and managing SAP system implementation projects, including resource, budget and line management. Management of implementation processes and SAP configurations taking into account business needs and best practices. Organization of training and support of users in the SAP system. Responding to requests and solving problems related to the use of SAP. the use of SAP. Interaction with various departments and teams in the Company to ensure the successful implementation and support of SAP. Special knowledge, skills (additional education, knowledge of a foreign language, computer programs, availability of certificates, participation in specific projects, etc.) Experience with the SAP system , including implementation and support of various modules.Experience in implementing various SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc./Ability to plan, manage and monitor the implementation of SAP projects with respect to scope, timeline and budget Understanding of SAP architecture and technical aspects , including databases, programming languages (if necessary), integration, etc. Ability to analyze the complexity of tasks and determine optimal implementation strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with the team, stakeholders and customers. Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve goals and results.
