SAP MM module consultant in Operator GTS Ukrayini, TOV

Functional duties of the position (list of functions, main tasks) Analysis of current business processes in the field of logistics and materials management. Identify opportunities to optimize and implement SAP MM to improve efficiency.Develop and implement SAP MM configurations as per business requirements. This includes setting parameters, configuring modules, creating and configuring data masters. Developing and conducting training programs for users on the use of SAP MM. Answering questions and resolving user issues related to the use of SAP MM. Providing consulting and technical support. Coordination and implementation of changes in SAP MM, taking into account the requirements and needs of the business. Ensuring the continuity of business processes during changes. Monitoring and analyzing the work of SAP MM, identifying and solving problems, as well as developing preventive measures to avoid possible failures. Interaction with other SAP modules and other systems in the Company to ensure harmonious operation and data exchange. Creating and maintaining documentation, including technical specifications, reports and user guides. Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve SAP MM, taking into account the needs and strategy of the Company. Conducting training activities for workers and colleagues to improve their knowledge and skills in the field of SAP MM. Special knowledge, skills (additional education, knowledge of a foreign language, computer programs, availability of certificates, participation in specific projects, etc.) Mandatory knowledge of SAP MM functionality, including procurement management, inventory management, material accounting, integration with other SAP modules .Understanding of logistics processes and principles of supply chain management (Supply Chain Management), including the public sector. Ability to work with SAP MM, including configuration, document creation, process settings and other aspects of technical implementation. Ability to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization and develop recommendations. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, project participants and Company divisions. Ability to train users, conduct educational seminars and trainings. Proficiency in English to communicate and read SAP documents Preferred previous experience working on SAP MM implementation, configuration and support projects. Ability analyze problems, identify their root and develop solutions. Effective time management and assignment of tasks to achieve set goals.
