SAP MDG support specialist in Metinvest Digital

KEY TASKS

• Processing requests in SAP MDG and requests in HP SM
• Consulting and training users on working with SAP MDG
• Development of instructions for users
• Setting initial and medium complexity in SAP MDG
• Monitoring and analysis of data consistency in systems integrated with SAP MDG within individual or several functional areas, monitoring of interfaces. Identifies and eliminates the causes of discrepancies without changing functionality
• Development of rules for maintaining material-forming features
• Control of the quality of directories and the presence of duplicates in the system. Performing work on eliminating errors in directories and mass correction of records and angles
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the target level of services, as well as the requirements fixed in the agreements on the level of services

• Experience of working with SAP MDG system from 1st year
