SAP implementation consultant in MSH Inc. / SAFEMed

The international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH), which, with the support of USAID, is implementing the Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians (SAFEMed) project in Ukraine, is looking for a SAP SRM Consultant for a short-term period (8 months). Responsibilities: The SAP SRM consultant will provide support in the part of the implementation in the Information System of the National Health Service of Ukraine (hereinafter the IS of the National Health Service of Ukraine) on the basis of SAP modules of new functionality/new functionality of SAP in the team of the National Health Service of Ukraine, which has other consultants and developers of BPC, FI, FM modules , MM. In particular, it is planned to provide support for setting up SAP SRM within the framework of launching the functionality of the supplier portal into industrial operation (the readiness of the functionality as a whole is at the level of 60-70%). The new functionality includes: receiving applications for concluding contracts, calculating contract amounts, creating PDF contract forms, transfer of contract data to SAP MM, PDF exchange with suppliers via cFolders (contracts, reports, additional information, etc.) necessary for contracting processes within the main activities of the National Health Service and other related to SAP SRM. Requirements: 5 years of experience with SAP in the position of SAP SRM consultant. Participation in projects for the implementation of trading platforms, the supplier portal, contract management systems in ERP. Knowledge of the principles and methods of conducting auctions, reductions, RFI collection in specialized SAP SRM software. Experience working with SAP S\4 HANA modules. Knowledge principles and methods of integration between SAP modules (pi\po, rfc, etc.). Knowledge of methods and options for integrating SAP modules with other sources. Experience with additional components SAPBRF+WebdynprocFoldersSAP Adobe Experience with SAP ABAP at a level sufficient to test the operation of Z extensions, etc. Certificates confirming knowledge in the field of SAP: Overview of the SAP SRM application or similar. Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (enough to communicate with SAP SUPPORT and read technical documentation). Please send a resume in English.
