We were founded in June 2018 and are currently developing rapidly. The portfolio of automation projects is increasing almost every day. To implement our grandiose large-scale projects to automate the group's business processes, we are looking for a leading SAPHCM consultant in our team, ready to become a member of a friendly team and contribute to the project of implementing a corporate personnel accounting and payroll system in on the scale of all Naftogaz group enterprises. Functional responsibilities: Participation in projects to implement and replicate SAP HCM systems based on S/4HANA. Constant communication with key users and customer experts to analyze business requirements and design technical and methodological solutions for SAP HCM functionality. Preparation and updating of project documentation - conceptual solutions, functional specifications, user instructions. Setting up SAP modules HCMOM, PA, PT, PY, as well as their integration with other SAP modules and external systems. System support at the stages of pre-production and production start-up, as well as warranty support. Interaction with the vendor (SAP) on non-standard issues during implementation and operation of SAP HCM systems Constant interaction with the project team and the project manager for the purpose of high-quality and timely performance of project tasks. What are our requirements for a potential candidate: In-depth knowledge of the functionality and settings of SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT, PY) Participation in SAPHCM implementation projects for at least 5 years Experience of at least 2 projects of the full cycle of SAP HCM implementation Experience in data migration from historical systems to SAP HCM, including the migration of historical payrollsKnowledge of the subject area of personnel accounting and payroll, including basic knowledge of the legislation - KzpPU, as well as requirements for reporting to state bodies Availability of SAP NSM certification will be an advantageHigher technical or economic educationKnowledge of the English language at a level not lower Intermediate (B1) Necessary personal competences: Systematic, analytical, critical thinking Ability to express one's thoughts clearly and clearly (verbally and in writing) Excellent communication and cooperation skills Goal orientation, result orientation, organization Balance of flexibility and persistence, stress resistance Responsibility, decency and honesty Desire for development, ability to self-study What we offer: Large-scale interesting projects Very powerful experience and opportunities for growth Work in an experienced team of like-minded people The possibility of receiving additional rewards based on work results Official employment Medical insurance Vacation - up to 31 calendar days per year, vacations in connection with education, social vacations
