To implement our grandiose large-scale projects for automating the group's business processes, we are looking for a leading SAP HCM consultant in our team, ready to become a member of a friendly team and contribute to the project of implementing a corporate personnel accounting and payroll system on the scale of all enterprises of the Naftogaz group. Functional responsibilities: Participation in implementation and replication projects of SAP HCM systems based on S/4HANA Constant communication with key users and customer experts to analyze business requirements and design technical and methodological solutions for SAP HCM functionality Preparation and updating of project documentation — conceptual solutions, functional specifications , user instructions Setting up the SAP HCM OM, PA, PT, PY modules, as well as their integration with other SAP modules and external systems System support at the stages of pre-production and production start-up, as well as warranty support Interaction with the vendor (SAP) on non-standard issues during implementation and operation of SAP HCM systemsConstant interaction with the project team and the project manager for the purpose of high-quality and timely implementation of project tasks. What are our requirements for a potential candidate: Deep knowledge of the functionality and settings of SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT, PY) Participation in SAP HCM implementation projects at least 5 years Experience in at least 2 projects of the full cycle of SAP HCM implementation Experience in data migration from historical systems to SAP HCM, including the migration of historical payrolls Knowledge of the subject area of ​​personnel accounting and payroll, including basic knowledge of legislation - KzpPU , as well as requirements for reporting to state bodies. Having certification with SAP NSM will be an advantage. Higher technical or economic education.
