We were founded in June 2018 and are currently developing rapidly. The portfolio of automation projects increases almost every day. 

In order to implement our grandiose large-scale projects to automate the group’s business processes, we are looking for a SAP HCM personnel accounting and payroll support specialist for our team, ready to become a member of a friendly team and contribute to the support of the corporate payroll system on the scale of all Naftogaz group enterprises.

Functional responsibilities:

• Supporting users of SAP systems HCM based on S/4HANA, processing of end-user incidents in SD JIRA.
• Granting authority to users.
• Formalizes and communicates to functional departments identified errors and shortcomings of SAP HCM software.
• Participates in training end-users on existing, changed and new business processes configured in SAP HCM systems.
• Creates instructions for end-users of SAP systems HCM.

  We expect from the candidate:

• Knowledge of the subject area of personnel accounting and payroll, including basic knowledge of legislation - KzpPU, as well as requirements for reporting to state bodies. Knowledge of accounting.
• Experience in supporting and implementing HR and payroll functionality.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM, PT modules) will be an advantage.
• Higher technical or economic education.
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate (B1).
