Welcome to the SAP support team!

| KEY TASKS:

• Handling of incidents and user requests for work in the SAP NSM system at the level of the 2nd line of support.
• Analysis of appeals and incidents, search for causes, identification of problems.
• Implementation of SAP HCM settings of medium and high level of complexity (maintenance of directories, etc.); initial testing and documentation of changes.
• Correction of data (without making changes to the functionality of the system) - if necessary.
• Regular testing of implemented changes in the system (including functionality/reporting changes, changes aimed at internal optimization, etc.). Checking the operation of critical business processes and assessing the impact of the changes made on them. Documenting test results, developing proposals for changes to existing functionality.
• Participation in the preparation of training programs, courses, presentation materials; development of training scenarios.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

(willing to consider recruiters with SAP experience - willing to teach everything necessary for the work of a SAP HCM consultant):

• Thorough understanding of the specifics of personnel accounting, work with organizational structure, staffing. Experience in HR will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of business processes, legislation and basic regulations in the field of personnel management.
• Knowledge and experience of working with functional modules of SAP NSM for personnel accounting and organizational management, accounting for working hours (PA, OM, PT).
• Experience in managing and adjusting roles in the SAP system.
• Sociability, ability to work with people.
• Responsibility, decency.
• Purposefulness, pro-activity, prompt search for solutions.
• Creative approach to solving problems.
