SAP HCM Application Manager / Consultant (OM | PA | PT | PY | Fiori) in ACINO Ukrayina

Main responsibilities

System support and management

• Ensuring stable operation of SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT, PY, Fiori).
• Coordination and prioritization of requests from business (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests).
• Management of the full cycle of support: analysis, resolution, testing, releases, documentation.
• Maintenance of OSS requests to SAP Global Support: creation, monitoring, escalation, SLA control, communication with SAP.
• User support (HR, Payroll) c creation of training materials and user guides.

Strategic system development

• Formation and implementation of SAP HCM development roadmap in accordance with HR and Payroll strategies of the company.
• Analysis of existing processes, search for optimization opportunities (automation, Fiori UX, analytics, reporting).
• Initiation of improvements, change management, unification of decisions between countries/divisions.
• Control of compliance with corporate standards.
• Participation in planning the implementation of the new SAP S/4 HANA platform.

Cooperation with business

• Close interaction with HR, Payroll: coordination of priorities, change planning, division of responsibilities.
• Analysis of business requirements, their formalization and translation into system solutions.
• Organization of regular meetings with business managers; preparation of reports, updates and presentations.
• Business consulting on SAP HCM capabilities, process improvement recommendations.

Specific knowledge and skills

Technical-functional

• Deep understanding of SAP HCM architecture and processes: OM, PA, PT, PY, Fiori + their integrations.
• Management experience OSS tickets and interactions with SAP Global Support (creation, log analysis, SAP Notes testing).
• Skills in configuration and coordination of configuration changes (through external consultants).
• Understanding integration interactions.
• Release management, testing (UAT), defect management.

Business analytical

• Collection and formalization of requirements, creation of documentation (URS, Change Request).
• Analysis of HR/Payroll processes, as-is / to-be modeling, fit-gap analysis.
• Evaluation of the impact of changes on other modules and systems.
• Data quality management and data governance control.

Communication and management

• Effective cooperation with business units.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, expectation management and escalation skills.
• Ability to coordinate external consultants and vendors (including SAP Global Support).
• High level of responsibility, systems thinking, strategic orientation.

  Education and experience

• Higher education in the field IT, Business Administration or HR/Payroll.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT, PY, Fiori).
• Experience in a global or regional system support role.
• Hands-on experience in managing OSS cases / SAP Incident Management.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP will be a significant advantage.
• English is Upper Intermediate.
