Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in record-to-report processes, including at least 5 years within life sciences or healthcare, with specific experience in enabling processes with SAP as a technology foundation.8+ years’ experience in a leadership role for record-to-report and related teams. Multiple years of demonstrated leadership of sophisticated global implementations. Experience with ancillary products and integrations that are enablers to record-to-report processes, such as subscription enablement (BRIM), revenue management (ex. Vistex, Model N, etc.), process automation, consolidation, and others. Comfortable operating across a matrixed organization (IT and business) to deliver outcomes and having a strong blend of business process knowledge and functional depth. Significant partnership experience with large technology system integrators. Curiosity and constant awareness of the latest trends in healthcare to create opportunities for the company, including e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer models, telehealth, subscription-based healthcare models, etc. Experience in agile project delivery methodology.
