We are currently looking for a Chief Specialist (Consultant in the areas: "Fixed Asset Management" (AA), " Financial Management" (FI), "Cost and Income Management" (CO/CO-ML/CO-PA). Project: • Replication of the SAP ERP system to new enterprises, implementation of the S4HANA system to new enterprises, migration of the SAP ERP system to the database HANA, migration of the SAP ERP system to the S4HANA system. Required education:• Higher technical education in the field of information technology or higher education in the field of economics/finance. Skills (hard skills):• Participation in one or more productive full-cycle SAP ERP/S4HANA projects in the role of a consultant, lead consultant or team leader.• 3+ years of experience working with the SAP ERP/S4HANA system in one or more functional areas.• Possession of the methodology for describing business processes, developing requirements for information systems.• Knowledge of business processes in the industry accounting for fixed assets, accounting and tax accounting, financial management, cost accounting and profitability analysis.• Knowledge of SAP AA, SAP FI, ​​SAP CO/CO-ML/CO-PA modules.• Experience of interaction with SAP support and OSS registration.• Possession in English at the level of reading technical documentation and conducting business correspondence.• Experience in public speaking and presentations. It will be a plus:• Training in SAP courses in the areas of SAP ERP/S4HANA AA, FI, CO/CO-ML/CO-PA.• Knowledge of methodology implementation and support of the SAP system (ASAP, RunSAP, SAP Activate).• Knowledge of related modules and integration points of SAP systems (PS, PP, PM, SD modules).• Knowledge of the ABAP programming language and program development environment in SAP systems at a basic level. Good knowledge of ABAP and development tools will be considered a significant plus. Responsibilities: • Survey, identify and analyze requirements for SAP ERP and S4HANA information systems. • Analyze, formalize and describe business processes of enterprises subject to automation. • Compile a description of business requirements for information systems from the point of view of business users according to their functional direction, in accordance with accepted standards, develops project solutions.• Develop technical tasks for the development of programs in their functional direction.• Form test scenarios, organize the testing process, test information systems.• Solve incidents and problems in the information system at the stage of industrial exploitation.• Train users.• Prepare and conduct presentations on SAP functionality according to their functional area for cooperationof the company.• Perform work on setting up the system and implementation of developments.• Monitor the relevance of requirements and participate in the implementation of requests for changes to information systems.• Develop and formalize proposals for improving business processes.• Develop organizational and functional models, models of information data flows .• Provide methodological support to specialists of the support group.• Participate in the implementation of one or more SAP functional modules.• Form a list of tasks and scope of the project in your direction.• Develop implementation plans and schedules together with the project manager.• Form project solutions in your direction .• Determine and organize measures to start the system into productive operation.• Participate in the processes of support and development of SAP systems.• Develop rules and mechanisms of integration between information systems.
