We are currently looking for a Chief Specialist (Consultant in the areas of: "Project Management" (SAP PS)) to join the team. Investment management" (SAP IM), "Production management" (SAP PP), "Equipment repair and maintenance management" (SAP PM). Project: • Replication of the SAP ERP system to new enterprises, introduction of the S4HANA system to new enterprises, system migration SAP ERP to the HANA database, migration of the SAP ERP system to the S4HANA system. Required education:• Higher technical education in the field of information technology or higher education in the field of economics/finance. Skills (hard skills):• Participation in one or more productive SAP projects ERP/S4HANA of the full cycle in the role of a consultant, lead consultant or group leader.• 3+ years of experience working with the SAP ERP/S4HANA system in one or more functional areas.• Possession of the methodology of describing business processes, developing requirements for information systems.• Knowledge of business processes in the field of project management, production and repairs.• Knowledge of SAP PM/PP/PS/IM modules.• Experience of interaction with SAP support and OSS registration.• Proficiency in English at the level of reading technical documentation and conducting business correspondence.• Experience public speeches and presentations. It will be a plus: • Training on SAP courses in the areas of SAP ERP/S4HANA PM/PP/PS/IM. • Knowledge of the methodology of implementation and support of the SAP system (ASAP, RunSAP, SAP Activate). • Knowledge of related modules and integration points of SAP systems (FI, CO, MM modules). • Knowledge of ABAP programming language and program development environment in SAP systems at a basic level. A good knowledge of ABAP and development tools will be considered a significant plus. Obov responsibilities: • Conduct surveys, identify and analyze requirements for SAP ERP and S4HANA information systems. • Analyze, formalize and describe business processes of enterprises subject to automation. • Compile a description of business requirements for information systems from the point of view of business users according to their functional direction, in accordance with accepted standards, develop project solutions. • Develop technical tasks for the development of programs according to their functional direction. • Form test scenarios, organize the testing process, test information systems.• Resolve incidents and problems in the information system at the stage of industrial operation.• Train users.• Prepare and conduct presentations on the functionality of SAP according to its functional direction for company employees.• Perform work on setting up the system and implemented• Monitor the relevance of requirements and participate in the implementation of requests for changes to information systems. • Develop and formalize proposals for improving business processes. • Develop organizational and functional models, models of information data flows. • Provide methodological support to specialists of the support group.• Participate in the implementation of one or more SAP functional modules. • Form a list of tasks and scope of the project in your direction. • Develop implementation plans and schedules together with the project manager. • Form project solutions in your direction. • Determine and organize measures for the start of the system in productive operation.• Take part in the processes of support and development of SAP systems• Develop rules and mechanisms of integration between information systems.
