We expect from the candidate:
- Higher economic or technical education (can be incomplete);
- Good level of knowledge of Excel - data analysis skills , skills in working with a large array of data, building pivot tables;
- Basic skills in working with classifiers and data patterns;
- Basic skills in writing user instructions;
- Understanding the principles maintaining regulatory and reference information (will be an advantage);
- Basic knowledge of methods of checking directories for compliance with regulatory documents and rules (will be an advantage);
- Basic knowledge and understanding of regulatory and technical documentation of TMC ( DSTU, DIN, drawings, etc.) and establishment documents of counterparties;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to learn and apply acquired knowledge in practice.
ul>What will be performed:
- Processing of applications for creation/change of the main records of TMC directories, services and counterparties;
- Support and consulting users in working with directories;
- Participates in unification, normalization of directories due to the use of a single set of attributes, merging duplicates, cleaning incorrect and outdated records;
- Participates in updating of a unified methodology, a centralized model for the management of regulatory and reference information for Naftogaz Group enterprises and the regulations for maintaining unified directories;
- Participates in the implementation/replication of the master data management system based on the SAP MDG solution;
- Participates in updating the instructions for end users on maintaining the content of directories of goods/services/contractors.;
- Participates in testing new developments, offers their optimization and adaptation to the business processes of companies groups;
- Analysis of the causes of malfunctioning situations in the system, elimination of identified deficiencies, development of measures to improve the system as part of conducting research.
