As a jewelry sales consultant, you will become an important part of our team, helping people find the perfect jewelry for special moments in life.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Greet and listen carefully to each customer to understand their wishes and needs.
• Provide professional advice on our jewelry, talk about its features, materials and care.
• Help customers do choice, taking into account their style, budget and occasion.
• Make sales, work efficiently and quickly with the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the showcase and sales hall.
• Participate in unloading and receiving goods, control the availability of the assortment.

Your tasks:

• To create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for every customer.
• Actively support the image of the CASTA jewelry club brand through high-quality service and professionalism.
• To develop own knowledge about jewelry trends and novelties.
• To make suggestions for improving the operation of the store.

• You have work experience in the field of sales - not necessarily in jewelry, but the desire and willingness to learn is important for us.
