Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, along with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Understanding of limitations of SF platform
3. Great knowledge LWC
4. Great knowledge of Apex
5. Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
6. Minimum 2 years of experience as Dev Team Lead.
7. Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
8. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
9. Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
11. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
13. Fluent in English speaking and writing
