Salesforce Implementor/Consultant in Synebo

Synebo, a leading provider of Salesforce solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Implementer/Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Implementer/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of Service Cloud solutions, with a specific focus on Field Service for NHBC (National House Building Council).💻 Responsibilities:— Perform technical configuration tasks within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud implementation for NHBC.— Actively participate in scrum meetings to provide support and updates on project progress.— Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process.— Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including configuration workbooks and installation guides.⭐ Requirements:— Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects, specifically in Service Cloud.— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.— Proficiency in technical configuration within the Salesforce platform.
