AsaSalesforce Implementer/Consultant, you will play acrucial role inthe implementation and optimization ofService Cloud solutions, with aspecific focus onField Service for NHBC (National House Building Council).💻 Responsibilities:—Perform technical configuration tasks within the Salesforce platform, with afocus onService Cloud implementation for NHBC.—Actively participate inscrum meetings toprovide support and updates onproject progress.—Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process.—Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including configuration workbooks and installation guides.⭐ Requirements:—Minimum of2years ofhands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects, specifically inService Cloud.—Atleast anUpper-Intermediate level ofEnglish.—Proficiency intechnical configuration within the Salesforce platform.
