The company helps its clients successfully manage tens of millions of policies across 23 countries.Their data-driven insurance distribution platform gives brokers, agents, and coverholders real-time access to all of their data from any device at the point of need.Now we are looking for an excellent Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join the client's R&D team.Requirements2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applicationsPrior experience utilizing SalesforceExperience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutionsSystem configuration: Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needsAnalytical techniques: experience in requirements gathering and documenting outcome, including designing process flowsDemonstrated analytical abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with critical deadlinesAbility to work independently to ensure work is completed, but also work well within a team to ensure team objectives are being met.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a mustResponsibilitiesRequirements Analysis:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.- Analyze and document client needs to formulate effective Salesforce solutions.Data Migrations:- Plan and execute data migrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.- Utilize Salesforce Data Loader or other tools for efficient data transfer.Configuration and Customization:- Configure Salesforce to meet client specifications using declarative tools.- Implement and manage various Salesforce features, such as workflow rules, process builder, and validation rules.Flows and Processes:- Design, build, and optimize business processes using Salesforce Flow.- Implement automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Integration Management:- Work on Salesforce integrations with other systems.- Utilize tools like Salesforce Connect, external objects, or middleware for seamless data exchange.Would be a plusSalesforce certification(s)Bachelor of arts (BA) / bachelor of science (BSc) degreeWorking termsLong-term employment with competitive compensation, based on experiencePossibility to work remotelyAn open, transparent and fun work cultureMulti-national team and collaborative work environmentContinuous knowledge sharing with engaged co-workersCareer and professional growth opportunitiesShow more Show less Job level Basic level Employment type Full-time Job duties Information technology Industries Information Technology & Services
