Job Responsibilities / Role: Become the conduit between the Business and Technology teamsSupport business discovery, leading on Salesforce discovery aspects – clarify and guide requirements solicitationWork closely with Business Analysts to understand future state business processes, ensuring appropriate user story coverageSupport in business and technical refinement sessionsCreate Figma wireframes using Salesforce plugin to aid discovery and requirement definitionHelp drive the correct story structure and story size to for a logical Salesforce deliveryEnsure the relevant artifacts are present to enable solution design and accurate estimationChampion configuration over codeConduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet the business needs prior to passing to QAHelp drive the client acceptance testing process to identify required changes and communicate changes to the development teamAct as the single point of contact for QA for your assigned stories, triaging and prioritizing bugs for review buy the Product OwnerSupport or delivery demos to core team and wider stakeholders Mandatory skills: Excellent Communication skills and mastery of the English languageExperience in designing declarative solutions3+ years' experience supporting Salesforce technical implementationsAttention to detailExcellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and communicate complex issues in a simple wayExcellent knowledge Salesforce Experience CloudExperience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologiesBachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level.
