We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to support with requirements gathering, data mapping, data transformation and data dictionary to help deliver integrated solution.
Job Responsibilities / Role:
- Become the conduit between the Business and Technology teams
- Support business discovery, leading on Salesforce discovery aspects — clarify and guide requirements solicitation
- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand future state business processes, ensuring appropriate user story coverage
- Support in business and technical refinement sessions
- Create Figma wireframes using Salesforce plugin to aid discovery and requirement definition
- Help drive the correct story structure and story size to for a logical Salesforce delivery
- Ensure the relevant artefacts are present to enable solution design and accurate estimation
- Champion configuration over code
- Conduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet the business needs prior to passing to QA
- Help drive the client acceptance testing process to identify required changes and communicate changes to the development team
- Act as the single point of contact for QA for your assigned stories, triaging and prioritising bugs for review buy the Product Owner
- Support or delivery demos to core team and wider stakeholders
Mandatory skills:
- Excellent Communication skills and mastery of the English language
- Experience in designing declarative solutions
- 3+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce technical implementations
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and communicate complex issues in a simple way
- Excellent knowledge Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level.
Nice to have skills:
- Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages
- Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions at enterprise organisations
- Financial Services Cloud Partner Accreditation
