We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join one of our customers in the consulting space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering FSC projects, with deep expertise in the domain and good level of English.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support, for FSC projects.
• Design and configure FSC solutions to meet the specific needs of financial services clients, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce FSC solution.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Interview timing

• 1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 30 minutes);
• 2-nd stage: technical interview with a client (around 1 hour);
• 3-d stage: client interview (around 1 hour).
