Job Description: Salesforce Administrator for Debt Settlement Company

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team at Global Credit Relief. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support the entire debt settlement process. This includes building and maintaining the front-end client sign-up system and developing a robust back-end for debt negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Administration:
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring its smooth operation and performance.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including user account management, data integrity checks, and system upgrades.
• Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the debt settlement business, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
2. Client Sign-Up Front End:
• Collaborate with the development team to build a user-friendly front-end system for client sign-up.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to streamline the client onboarding process.
• Ensure data accuracy and security during the client sign-up process.
3. Debt Negotiation Back End:
• Develop and maintain the back-end system to support debt negotiation activities.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to track negotiation progress and outcomes.
• Implement automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work in the negotiation process.
4. User Support and Training:
• Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure they are proficient in using Salesforce effectively.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
5. Data Management:
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Salesforce platform.
• Perform data imports, exports, and cleansing activities as needed.
• Implement data security and privacy best practices to protect sensitive client information.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to understand their needs and provide Salesforce solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Minimum of [3-5] years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a debt settlement or financialservices environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
• Proficient in data management and reporting tools within Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of debt settlement industry practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with third-party applications and integrations commonly used in debt settlement processes.
