Our team works with 2 directions:

  • Product development (internally in the company — software development)
  • Outsourcing (cooperation with clients from the USA and European countries on individual projects)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Sales) with Salesforce experience.

What you need to become part of our team:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
  • Experience of cooperation with the US clients
  • Ability and skills of correct correspondence with clients of the B2B segment (spoken and written English)
  • Willingness to learn and develop with us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, using Salesforce to track and manage leads.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on the company’s products/services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report to management.
  • Propose improvements to the sales process and CRM system utilization.
