Today, we are looking for a specialist in the training and development of sales personnel (consultant salespeople) in order to improve the company's work and introduce innovations. Duties: Form the need, develop and organize training programs (distance and off-line trainings) for personnel in order to increase professional skills; Organization of one-to-one meetings with company employees in order to identify the need for individual training programs and the development of own materials; Filling the corporate training base; Assessing and checking the effectiveness of training programs and trainings.
