Sales trainer with knowledge of the Italian language

We are looking for an energetic and proactive sales trainer who speaks Italian and has experience in teaching adults. If you want to join our team and help operators succeed, this job is for you!

Your responsibilities:

Working with reports: filling out the monthly report, keeping a time sheet, training progress reports.
Organizing training: planning and conducting training sessions for niche operators and billing operators, checking and evaluating their tasks.
Conducting test calls: organization of additional training if necessary.
Primary training: receiving contacts from recruiters, conducting training, practical tasks, test calls.
Educational events: trainings, workshops, business games.
Requirements:

Knowledge: management cycle, Excel, LMS, trainer tools, adult training methods.
Knowledge of the Italian language, level B2 and above; Knowledge of the English language B1; Skills: communication and organizational skills, training skills.
Competencies: proactivity, adaptability, independence, desire for development.
High level of emotional intelligence.
