We are looking for a driven and effective specialist who will help our sales team increase sales figures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training and development needs analysis of the sales team;
  • Formation of the annual strategy and training calendar for all levels of the sales team (sales representative, supervisor, TM, RM);
  • Development of the budget and planning of training costs;
  • Development and implementation of training programs for the sales team, preparation of training materials;
  • Development and control of the induction system for new employees;
  • Conduct and adaptation trainings for the sales team;
  • Field coaching of sales representatives and managers with the aim of consolidating skills in real work.
  • Post-training support and assessment of training effectiveness (measurement of the achievement of training goals, analysis of training effectiveness);
  • Creation and support of an individual development plan for sales team employees;
  • Development of management and coaching skills of sales managers teams.
  • Introduction of digital learning tools (microlearning, videos, tests, LMS)
  • Formation of internal personnel reserve. 
  • Ensuring the impact of training programs on key indicators of sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in the field of training and staff development (training manager/trainer);
  • Higher education. Certifications will be an advantage;
  • Experience in developing training programs and conducting trainings;
  • Skills in evaluating the effectiveness of personnel development;
  • Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, excellent knowledge of PC, planning skills.
