You will lead and manage anoutstaff sales team and work closely with other departments tobuild strong customer relationships toachieve the organization’s sales targets and objectives. Requirements: 4+years ofproven experience insales, preferably intheIT outstaffing industry with awell-established professional network; 1+year ofexperience inmentoring ormanaging sales team; Written and spoken English onatleast B2level; Demonstrated track record ofachieving and exceeding sales targets; Deep knowledge inholding negotiations with international customers from Europe and the USA; Strong expertise inbuilding trusting relationships; Excellent communication skills; Proactive work approach with strong attention todetails; Will beabig plus: Previous working experience with Salesforce. Experience with SaaS projects What you’ll do: Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations that can contribute tothe company’s growth; Proactively establish aclient-oriented working approach; Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities todevelop; comprehensive outstaff sales plans that drive revenue growth; Manage the team of2-3 experienced Business Development Managers. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, conduct meetings tomonitor work progress regularly, suggest ideas for enhancing the skills and capabilities ofteam members; Continuously monitor and optimize the sales process toimprove efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness; Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients, provide effective outstaffing solutions and serve asatrusted advisor; Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and maximize customer retention byaddressing any issues orconcerns promptly and effectively.
