Sales Team leader in Truha Ukrayina

Truha Ukraine is a leading network of Telegram channels that provide prompt and reliable information at the national and regional levels. We are constantly expanding and improving our product and growing our audience, and are currently looking for a Head of Sales to take our existing sales team to the next level and reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing sales strategies: You will define strategic sales directions, develop action plans and monitor their implementation. 
• Setting up the sales force and scripting: You will be responsible for setting up the sales force and developing effective sales scripts.
• Team Management: You will lead, train and motivate a team of existing salespeople, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establishing and developing partnerships strong>: You will work with clients, negotiating and negotiating contracts to expand our client base. 
• Analysis of results: You will monitor and analyze sales results, develop recommendations for improving performance.

Requirements:

• Experience with cold sales. 
• Experience in managing a sales department in the media or advertising field will be a plus.
• Experience in building or reorganizing an existing sales department.
• High communication skills and leadership qualities.
