The uniqueness of our product lies in the quick and precise selection of a teacher according to the student's needs. We can select a teacher for each student within 5 minutes based on 15 criteria we have developed.
Every month we conduct over 30,000 tests. individual lessons, which gives us the confidence that we can grow and develop in Poland. Now we are aiming to be market leaders.
Due to this, we are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who will take up the challenge and lead the team to achieve this result.
You will receive:
⭐️Ambitious tasks: we are starting to scale, we plan to achieve turnover in 2 million PLN in sales per month within 1.5 years and will grow three times a year.
⭐️Rapid career development: we are a well-coordinated team of professionals, but there are never too many such people - your mission is to increase it to 30 people over the next 18 months.
⭐️Highly popular product: marketing will provide each manager from your team with approximately 200 warm leads per month. You will have the opportunity to influence marketing.
⭐️A product that the target group likes: our rating on TrustPilot is one of the highest in the field - 4.9.
⭐️Built and set processes: you will receive a sales playbook that has been proven in practice. CRM, telephony, analysis, scripts, motivation systems - everything is already set up. Your task is to take it, using our materials and your own knowledge.
⭐️Salary - the sky is not the limit: in addition to the fixed rate, you will receive a percentage of the turnover. Your salary will increase more and more as your business grows and will exceed PLN 20,000.
⭐️Fair conditions for your team: on average, a user learns with us for 10-15 months. During this time, each manager receives a fee bonus from each client.
⭐️Head of Sales Support: Your manager will help you achieve individual and group goals.
⭐️Remote or hybrid work model: You choose: work from home or go to the office.

Your tasks:
We work in a management system like in Google, i.e. OKR. Your tasks will be divided into quarterly and monthly goals
Salary:
PLN 6,500 net per B2B + 1% bonus on your own sales, in 3-4 months you will earn PLN 10,000 - PLN 15,000. PLN net
⏰ Work schedule: 10:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday (we pay attention to the tasks completed, not how much time you spend on them)
