Your tasks:
systematization of all processes in the sales area;
writing the strategy of the department to achieve the business goals of the product;
team management: development of KPIs and performance indicators, team motivation;
li>client management - optimization of CRM work, work with the client base;
conducting analytics and reporting by department, improving key performance indicators;
coordination of work with other departments;
implementation and compliance with sales standards to improve efficiency, organization of work space.
About you:
have relevant experience in digital sales (B2C);
you understand basic sales techniques and processes;
you have experience with CRM (we have Leelo, but we are open to others), telephony and scripts;< /p>
have experience in analyzing key sales indicators and are able to make decisions based on them;
have team and process management skills;

have G-Suite tools (Google Sheets);
you have effective communication skills;
