As the Outstaff Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will lead and manage an outstaff sales team and work closely with other departments to build strong customer relationships to achieve the organization’s sales targets and objectives.Requirements:4+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT outstaffing industry with a well-established professional network;1+ year of experience in mentoring or managing sales team;Written and spoken English on at least B2 level;Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;Deep knowledge in holding negotiations with international customers from Europe and the USA;Strong expertise in building trusting relationships;Excellent communication skills;Proactive work approach with strong attention to details;Will be a big plus:Previous working experience with Salesforce.Experience with SaaS projects.What you’ll do:Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations that can contribute to the company’s growth;Proactively establish a client-oriented working approach;Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop; comprehensive outstaff sales plans that drive revenue growth;Manage the team of 2-3 experienced Business Development Managers.
