Join an international fast-growing school of programming as a Sales Team Lead. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to drive our sales team in Czech Republic and Slovakia to new heights.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales. Experience with B2C sales will be a plus.
- Upper-intermediate or higher Czech/Slovak level
- Intermediate or higher English level
- Team leading experience
- Ability to work with numbers
Responsibilities
- Participate in team formation and expansion
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls with clients
- Develop and/or improve scripts and training materials
- Analyze the department’s performance in the CRM system
- Prepare reports on sales activities
