Your responsibilities:Team management: The manager should lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.Development and implementation of sales strategies: Ensuring the development and implementation of effective sales strategies aimed at increasing sales volumes and improving customer relations.Training and staff development: Providing training for new employees and supporting the ongoing development and qualification improvement of the current staff.Results analysis: Responsible for analyzing sales results, identifying trends, and finding opportunities for improvement.Ensuring high-level customer service: Ensuring a high level of customer service, resolving complaints, and handling conflict situations.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales results and departmental activities for senior management.
