Candidate requirements:
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak is a must!
- Minimum one year of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the B2C field with a team of > 5 people;
- Experience in the field of B2C sales from 2 years;
- Skills of building a sales department and sales training methods;
- Work experience in CRM systems;
- Ability to work with numbers: understanding how and what action affects indicators and metrics;
- Teamwork with the marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formation of a strong sales team: manage, hire, train and motivate;
- Manage the team: task setting, evaluation, training, delegation, control, team development, flyers;
- Conduct weekly and monthly reporting to track conversions and diagnose growth points;
- Control the filling of AmoCRM;
- To ensure effective development of incoming leads, maintenance of planned conversions by channels, increase of conversions;
- Improve sales scripts;
- Set up, push the sales process and related processes, execute the sales plan;
- Draw up regulations, select and implement new sales tools, train the team in skills;
- Develop motivational programs for employees.
