Sales Support Specialist in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to be responsible for supporting the process sales, communication with clients, preparation of commercial proposals, work with CRM, and participate in tenders and presentations.

Functions of the position:

• Knowledge of the company's infrastructure, cloud security, custom development
• Working with CRM systems
• Preparation of commercial offers and tender documentation
• Formation of acts, invoices, control over signing and archiving of documents
• Uploading documents to electronic platforms
• Interaction with legal, financial, delivery and sales teams

Skills and experience:

• Highly structured, attentive to details, ability to work with large volumes of information

• Experience in working with documents: creating acts, invoices, tender documentation, control of signing and archiving

• Understanding or gability to understand the company's products: infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, support, custom development

• Experience with CRM systems

• Ability to prepare commercial offers

• Work with electronic platforms (downloading documents, forms)

• Checking counterparties, details, correctness documents

• Interaction with internal teams: legal, financial, delivery and sales
